Once upon a time there was live music …
So thinking we were in the middle of a pandemic back in April was wishful thinking. 2020 has not been kind. However, the band carries on. We have been able to practice as a fully functioning 4 piece for about 2 months now. And boy, does it feel good. We are masking up and social distancing in the practice space. We have been working out the previously written material, as well as a few covers. I really want to work on new material, but I feel obligated to focus on the old stuff first. At least until we get it recorded.
Which brings me to ….. we have decided to record! Its still a long way off, and its not a process I’ve done outside of my own basement before. And I’ve never had someone else involved. But I think its time to hire an engineer to record an mix us. Then we can have a real life release! We are hoping this will come to pass in the next 6 months or so. Give or take due to global pandemics…
